What is included in the price?
Every Crown of Caledon home is freehold — you own the home and the land, with no monthly maintenance fees. Purchase prices include Fieldgate's standard finishes package, Tarion new home warranty enrolment and the builder's published deposit structure. Development charges, upgrades and lot premiums are additional and confirmed on your agreement of purchase and sale.
